Thank you for ordering with us.

We ship UPS Ground for domestic orders and USPS for international orders. 

Standard Domestic Shipping - $12.00. 

Heavy Goods Domestic Shipping (Shoes/Boots etc) - $25.00 

International Shipping - $50.00 (subject to change for heavier items). 

We are delighted to offer free shipping for domestic orders over $200. International customers are responsible for paying customs and duty charges. Orders will be processed within 3 business days.

We do our best to keep inventory status updated on our website. If an item is out of stock we will let you know by email immediately. 

Bhoomki offers In-store pick up for any online order. Simply choose "In-Store Pickup" as your shipping method, and we will pack up and have your items ready for pick-up at Bhoomki Boutique.  

Is your order a gift? We can enclose a personalized hand-written message with a gift receipt in your package. Please include your message in the ‘Note to Seller’ section available at checkout or send us a message ( with your desired message. 

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please note that our webstore returns policy differs from that of our brick and mortar store. If you aren’t satisfied with your online order, please make returns for full-priced items within 14 days of receipt to the address below:

ALL SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. Any items bought with a discount code or discounted during a special promotion ARE NOT eligible for return, exchange or store credit. Items purchased with discounts extended by Bhoomki representatives, are also not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. 

All returned items must be unwashed, unworn and with all original tags. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet our requirements. 

We are not able to cover the cost of return shipping at this time. We advise you to obtain a tracking number for your shipment as we cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages and cannot issue a refund or store credit if your package is lost or damaged.  

Please email us at before returning your item with your reason for return so we can begin processing. Once we have received your return, we will contact you to confirm and process your refund or store credit.

In-Store Policy


Please consider your purchase carefully. Bhoomki does not issue refunds for in-store purchases. We will provide store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase if merchandise is returned in its original condition, with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt.

All jewelry, leather goods, shoes, sale, discounted, custom or altered items are final sale. Items and purchases returned after 7 days are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
