Free shipping for domestic orders over $200. International customers are responsible for paying customs and duty charges. Orders will be processed within 3 business days.
Standard Domestic Shipping - Calculated at checkout.
International Shipping - $50.00 (subject to change for heavier items).
ALL SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. Any items bought with a discount code or discounted during a special promotion ARE NOT eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
Items purchased with discounts extended by Bhoomki representatives, are also not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

We almost always ship UPS Ground for domestic orders and USPS for international orders. 
** When offering free shipping on SALES ITEMS totaling more than $200 for domestic customers, we will ship via USPS and require a signature upon delivery. Sale items are always final sale and are not eligible for return.
For orders less than $200, shipping is calculated at checkout.

We do our best to keep inventory status updated on our website. If an item is out of stock we will let you know by email immediately.
In-Store Pick Up
Bhoomki offers In-store pick up for any online order. Simply choose "In-Store Pickup" as your shipping method, and we will pack up and have your items ready for pick-up at Bhoomki Boutique. Starting Monday, March 23, Bhoomki owner Swati Argade will hold office hours by appointment only between 1pm and 3pm on weekdays. One customer will be allowed in the store at a time. 
Gift Orders
Is your order a gift? We can enclose a personalized hand-written message with a gift receipt in your package. Please include your message in the ‘Note to Seller’ section available at checkout or send us a message ( with your desired message.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please note that our website returns policy differs from that of our brick and mortar store.

Boutique Purchases: 

Please consider your purchase carefully since as we do not offer refunds. We will provide store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase if merchandise is returned in original condition, with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt.
All jewelry, leather goods, sale, discounted, custom or altered items are final sale. Items and purchases returned after 7 days are not eligible for store credit.

All returned items must be unwashed, unworn and with all original tags. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.
