Thank you for ordering with us. We ship UPS Ground with insurance.
Standard Shipping - $15.00.
Heavy Goods Shipping (Shoes/Boots etc) - $25.00
International Shipping - $35.00
We are delighted to offer free shipping for domestic orders over $200. International customers are responsible for paying customs and duty charges. Orders will be processed within 3 business days. Please be aware that the store is closed on Mondays in January, February, July and August. Orders will ship out Tuesday through Fridays. You should receive your order within 5-10 business days.
If you need expedited shipping or require something by a certain date, please call us on (718) 857 5245 or email us at email@example.com. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your item has shipped.
We do our best to keep inventory status updated on our website. If an item is out of stock we will let you know by email immediately.
Is your order a gift? We can enclose a personalized hand-written message with a gift receipt in your package. Please include your message in the ‘Note to Seller’ section available at checkout or send us a message (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your desired message.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Our webstore returns policy differs from that of our brick and mortar store. If you aren’t satisfied, please make returns for full-priced items within 14 days of receipt to the address below:

ALL SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. Any items bought with a discount code or discounted during a special promotion ARE NOT eligible for return, exchange or store credit. Items purchased with discounts extended by Bhoomki representatives, are also not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
All returned items must be unwashed, unworn and with all original tags. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.
We are not able to cover the cost of return shipping at this time. We advise you to obtain a tracking number for your shipment as we cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages and cannot issue a refund or store credit if your package is lost or damaged.
Please email us before returning your item with your reason for return so we can begin processing. Once we have received your return, we will contact you to confirm and process your refund or store credit.
